In weltweit 107 über 70 Städten fanden am 23.02. Demonstrationen für die Privatsphäre statt. Von Kiel bis München gingen besorgte Bürger in allen Altersklassen auf die Straße. Die bayrischen Piraten organisierten zusammen mit Anonymous und anderen Organisationen die Veranstaltungen in Augsburg, Cham, Ingolstadt, München, Nürnberg, Regensburg, Straubing und Würzburg. Es waren nicht nur die Temperaturen knapp unter dem Gefrierpunkt, sondern auch eine gewisse Demonstrationsmüdigkeit, die dafür sorgte, dass die Teilnehmerzahl überschaubar blieb.
Die Schwerpunkte in Bayern lagen in Franken und München. Dort versammelten sich rund 60 Demonstranten am Karlsplatz, um anschließend zum Marienplatz zu gehen. Dazu kamen rund 20 Polizisten sowie 4 Journalisten. Zu den Demonstranten gehörten auch einige Anons, die an den schwarzen Anzügen, den roten Krawatten und den Guy-Fawkes-Masken leicht zu erkennen waren. Auffällig waren die schönen Pappkameras, die zur Warnung vor einer zunehmenden Überwachung von einigen Teilnehmern mitgebracht wurden.
Mike fragte Martin Krauß zum Hintergrund des Internationalen Tags der Privatsphäre.
Martin Krauß, piratiger Spitzenkandidat der für die Landtagswahl in Bayern, hielt eine bemerkenswerte Rede. Ein Zwischenhalt am Marienplatz, der Touristenattraktion in München, bot die Gelegenheit vor einem größeren Publikum zu sprechen. Martin sagte:
Liebe Münchener, Liebe Privatmenschen
Wir stehen hier und heute auf dem Münchener Marienplatz, weil wir es satt haben, dass unsere Staatsüberwacher versuchen uns in Schubladen zu stopfen.
Und als ob das nicht schon schlimm genug wäre, machen das nicht einmal Staatsüberwacher, sondern sie wollen uns nun auch noch automatisch verschubladen! Unzählige verschiedene Datenquellen werden angezapft um bereits wie in schlechten Science Fiction Filmen die Verdächtigen verfolgen zu können bevor sie überhaupt ein Verbrechen begehen!
Wann geht ihr wohin – sagt die Funkzelle
Welche Hautfarbe habt ihr – sagt die Überwachungskamera
Welcher sozialen Schicht gehört ihr an – sagt das Finanzamt
Wen ruft ihr wann an – sagt die Vorratsdatenspeicherung
Welche Krankheiten habt ihr – sagt die Krankenkassenkarte
Manche Fahnder – beileibe nicht jeder – aber leider einige in leitenden Position
fragen nun genau danach und hätten da zu gerne eine Rasterfahndung darüber, wer denn nun genau das nächste Verbrechen verübt, und wo diese Person sich gerade befindet… Und INDECT antwortet.Doch nicht nur die bereits vorhandenen Methoden sollen genutzt werden um uns zu überwachen, auch komplett neue Verknüpfungen werden erzeugt um jeden einzelnen Menschen in das Raster hinein zu drücken und alle diejenigen auszusondern, die durch das Raster hindurchfallen.
Ein komplettes Netz aus Überwachungsmethoden erzeugt einen Bevölkerungsscanner der dazu dienen soll „auch bewegliche Objekte zu verfolgen“. So beschreibt es die Projekthomepage.
Dieser Einsatz funktioniert nur mit fliegenden Drohnen, die mit Kameras bestückt sind. Solche Drohnen waren bereits im Einsatz.
Und hier kommen dann Facebook und Co zum Einsatz. Inzwischen gibt es ja fantastische Gesichtserkennungssoftware – das alles kann dann schön zusammen geschaltet werden und die Zusammenhänge zwischen den einzelnen Personen werden ausgerechnet und sind damit zweifelsfrei wahr und digital in verfolgenswert/unschuldig unterteilt.Ich frage mich, was wir für eine Gesellschaft werden wollen, in der solche Überwachungsmethoden genutzt werden. George Orwell wird sich in seinem Grabe umdrehen, weil 1984 nichts weiter ist als eine Seifenoper auf RTL2 im Gegensatz zu der Gesellschaft, die sich abzeichnet.
Keine Handlung kann mehr unternommen werden, ohne aufgezeichnet zu werden. Vom Einkauf über die Arbeitszeit, vom Aufstehen am morgen (ich sage nur digitale Stromzähler) über das Surfverhalten zum Zeitpunkt des Schlafengehens (letzte Email/letzter Tweet) werden wir Menschen in digitale Zahlenkolonnen verwandelt, bei der nur noch die Abfolge von Einsen und Nullen ausschlaggebend darüber ist, welchen Status ich im Staat und der Gesellschaft habe. Nicht mehr die Tat zählt, nicht einmal mehr das Wort, sondern nur noch der Digitale Fingerabdruck den wir im Datennetz von INDECT hinterlassen.
Lassen wir uns das nicht bieten! Überwachungsstaaten hat es in Deutschland schon genügend gegeben, davon braucht niemand mehr auch nur ein kleines Bisschen. Die Internationalen Piratenbewegungen kämpfen bereits seit Jahren diese Projekt, redet mit euren Familien und Freunden, werdet euch bewusst darüber, das jede weitere Kamera und jede weitere Entscheidung über ein bisschen mehr Überwachung näher hinführt zum Fluch INDECT .
INDECT kann in den falschen Händen fürchterliches anrichten. Und die Vergangenheit hat leider gelehrt, dass vorhandene Technik in die falschen Hände gerät. Immer.Deswegen lasst uns weiter demonstrieren – Lasst dies den ersten Schritt sein. Lasst uns INDECT zu Fall bringen.

Wer Martin Krauß auf dem Wahlzettel zur Landtagswahl sucht, wird ihn dort unter dem Namen “Martin Liebe” finden. Denn Martin wird im Juni heiraten und nimmt den Nachnamen seiner Frau an.
Eine ältere Dame kam gezielt zum #idp13 um gegen den Abbau von Bürgerrechten zu protestieren.

Die Polizei begleitete die Demonstration gelassen. Nachdem sich 500 Teilnehmer angesagt hatten waren 20 Polizisten zur Regelung des Verkehrs reichlich bemessen.

Auch wenn die Teilnehmerzahl weit hinter den Erwartungen zurück blieb war die Stimmung gut und die Demonstration wurde von den meisten Teilnehmern als Erfolg angesehen.
